Advance, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 25% amount of full package has to be deposited to reserve the seat
• Package can be cancelled 15 days prior to departure date and full refund can be claimed.
• No refund can be claimed, if trip is cancelled within 15 days to travel.

IMPORTANT

1 SAR = Rs.23.00. Any increase in the visa fee, airfare, exchange rate or any other charges introduced by Saudi Government, like Taxes etc. will be levied additionally and same will be collected from pilgrim before departure. In case of non-acceptance of the additional amount the booking will be cancelled and no refund will be applicable.

Bedding

All rooms in the Hotels Makkah & Madinah are Quad sharing only. Request for double bed room will be accepted only at extra charges.
Ziyarah in Mecca and Madina (Ziarah includes Jabal Nour, Jannatul Mualla & Ghar e Thawr. Ziarah in Madina includes Jannatul Baqi, Mosque Quba, and Masjid Qiblatain).
Meet and assist at Jeddah / Madinah airport.

Additional information:

It is important to dress modestly and appropriately when visiting holy places, covering the head, arms, and legs. For women, it is also recommended to wear a hijab or headscarf.

Ladies Ziyarat hours are from 6 am to 11 am in the morning at Masjid An Nabawi in Madinah, Rawdhah. and evening hours are from 9.30 p.m. to 12 a.m. On Fridays, However, the hours are 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. to 12 a.m.
